Credit Union House is the ideal location for your next cocktail reception, political fundraiser or business meeting. It is a well-appointed pair of adjacent townhomes that elegantly reflect the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood while offering the full amenities of a modern events facility.

Since opening our doors in 2001, Credit Union House has become a sought-after venue for nonprofits, trade associations and corporations alike to host a variety of events. Credit Union House is focused on the needs of organizations, so we don’t host social events such as weddings, bridal showers, baby showers or birthday parties.

The Boardroom, with a capacity of 10 seated guests, is ideal for smaller business meetings. It offers ample natural light and views of Stanton Park.

The Capitol View Room can accommodate business meetings, cocktail parties, receptions and seated meals. It offers a stunning view and can hold up to 125 guests.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Credit Union House?

Credit Union House is always available to credit union leagues and league-affiliated credit unions. It is often made available to organizations that partner with credit unions on other issues as well as nonprofit or community organizations.

When can I book next year’s event?

Priority booking for the following calendar year begins in the third quarter of the current year. After each priority member is given the opportunity to book events, credit unions and other system partners may begin to book their events. We discourage non-system groups from booking events more than six months in advance.

Request event space

How much does it cost to use Credit Union House for an event?

Space at Credit Union House is offered at no charge to LLC Members and is available at a discount for credit unions and other system groups. Other groups that rent Credit Union House pay highly competitive rates depending on the event space.
