During the campaign to pass H.R. 1151 in 1998, credit union leaders were inspired by the need for a central command center in Washington, D.C. In 2001, their vision became a reality when Credit Union House first opened its doors as a “home away from home” for credit unions in our nation’s capital.

In addition to serving the credit union community, Credit Union House provides an elegant and convenient setting for your next event. The historic design offers the elegance and charm of a traditional Capitol Hill townhouse with all of the modern day amenities one would expect from a top notch facility. Built specifically for entertaining, Credit Union House is fully equipped to handle meetings, receptions, formal seated meals, and more.
